Therapies

At Centre Punto de Luz massage, Reiki, healing, and holistic nutrition are available in a lovely cosy wooden mini house called 'the Healing House'. Betty is fully qualified and insured to practice all the above therapies.

Holistic nutrition

Nutrition is a science which uses the combination of foods, supplements and lifestyle changes in order to restore and maintain good health.
Betty works with clients in order to accommodate the nutritional changes into their life whilst respecting their tastes, schedules and beliefs.
Betty is specialized in nutrition for vegetarians, vegans and nutritional support for cancer patients.
Holistic nutrition combines particularly well with Bach flower therapy and when needed Betty will advise on flower mixtures to support healing at a deeper level.
A consultation lasts approximately one hour and, if necessary, follow-ups can be arranged over the phone.

Reiki

Reiki means Life Force and is the transmission of the Universal Life Force or Energy to the client via the practitioner who acts as a channel thereby stimulating the client's spontaneous healing process.
Reiki treatment can take place fully dressed and with or without hand contact.
It also combines particularly well with massage.

Healing

Also known as pranic healing or spiritual healing, this is another form of Energy therapy where the client receives the healing energy from the practitioner who acts as a channel.
Each individual chakra can be treated with this method.
As with Reiki, healing can take place with the client fully dressed, with or without hand contact and combines particularly well with massage.

Massage

Relaxing massage using only natural vegetable oils can be combined with Reiki or healing.
