I trained as a nutritionist at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition founded by Patrick Holford in London. During the ensuing years I also studied Reiki and am in the process of becoming a master, I also studied Bach flowers remedies and qualified to practice both healing and massage.
On December 21st, 2006 I was inspired to serve others and thus the idea of Centro Punto de Luz (Source of Light Centre) was born.
It took me twenty years of working in the frenetic world of finance to realise that it was not what I wanted to do with my life although I do bring with me the administrative and finance skills from my banking career which enable me to run the centre smoothly.
My true passions are living immersed in nature and working with people. I have also developed a love of cooking, especially raw food 'cooking'. Having personally experienced the huge benefits of raw food I have decided to include more uncooked dishes on the centre's menu for all the guests to enjoy.
